Very strong focus on correct basics.  Head trainer Keith Angstadt has 40 yrs of teaching experience with Dressage, Eventing, & Combined Driving his main focus. He is a USEF rated judge & avid competitor, USDF bronze & silver medalist, and he has successfully trained & shown a variety of horses through all levels including FEI, earning many year end awards.  Professional staff offers high quality care at a friendly, family run farm with 30 years of stable management experience. The barn consists of 36 stalls on 20+ acres with an attached indoor rubber/sand ring, outdoor sand arena, and ample grass fields for riding. PVC paddocks. There is daily turnout, some trails hacking distance, and too many amenities to list."

As an organization, the mission has expanded. Today, NEER actively rescues horses from a variety of situations, including owner surrenders, abuse and neglect situations, and horses at risk for slaughter. NEER provides sanctuary and rehabilitation in foster homes with the intention of adoption into new families as appropriate.  NEER works closely with, and for, other traditional equine rescue organizations, assisting with fundraising efforts and equipment donations."
