ENTRY FORM DETAILS... WHAT HELPS?

Believe it or not, what helps the most is good penmanship! Clear printing on your part makes sure that dear "Duffy" is not competing as "Doofy". Also, please fill in ALL the information, check ALL boxes clearly, and include:

Coggins
Current within 1 year
Copy, do not send original
For the correct horse entered
Only send one for each horse per year, it is not necessary to send one every time if you are riding the same horse

Check
Made out to WNRDC
One check for EACH entry, please do not combine entry fees on checks

Signature
Yours or have necessary parent/guardian sign

A few extra moments of your time in the paperwork department really helps us!

We now ask for a bit more personal information from you so that we can better provide for you in an emergency. Please list an emergency contact person and number for that day as well as any pertinent medical history, such as allergies or existing conditions. We will keep this on file at the secretary's booth should the information be needed during the day.   We do also require all riders to wear identification armbands when jumping.
