WHAT IF I HAVE TO SCRATCH?

We really appreciate it if you let us know that you need to scratch and we make every effort to get every possible person into our events by filling scratches.  We have a liberal refund/credit policy if you let us know if you have to scratch for any reason.  There is often a waiting list of people eager to take your place if you cannot compete.  A refund is given up to the closing date, and after that, a credit or refund (at our discretion) is given toward any future event provided notification is made by the Tuesday prior to the event.  Any scratches after that time may not be credited if the spot cannot be filled from the waitlist.  Please contact Amy Bresky, Event Manager/Secretary, 978-363-2244, as soon as you know you need to scratch.
