HELP! Volunteers Needed

We really need your help! Many hands make light work. If you lack time but want to be involved—get creative—perhaps some jobs can be shared! If you can volunteer in any of the following capacities, it would be greatly appreciated!

PIPESTAVE HILL HORSE TRIALS
Team Pipestave is seeking a new team member to replace a retiring member. The duties are varied as the Team is cooperative and include attending several organizational meetings and helping with set up and day of show responsibilities. If you are interested in helping Team Pipestave, please contact us at [email protected].

The team improved and re-energized our competition, including new jumps for both stadium and cross country phases, a program for competitors and enhanced prizes. Our Horse Trials function in many ways, providing fundraising efforts to support the Club and serving our educational mission by nurturing our riders and their horses in our fun and competitive event while serving as a stepping stone on their riding journey.

ADOPT A JUMP
We are looking for volunteers to adopt a cross country jump. In doing so, you would be responsible for maintaining and decorating it for our show series. This year we are holding a contest whereby the competitors vote on which jump was their favorite. Adopt a jump, get creative, and win the contest! If you have any interest in helping out please contact [email protected].

MOWERS NEEDED
We are looking to add one or two people to help out in the Pipestave mowing rotation. It doesn’t have to be split equally but having others in the rotation would be greatly appreciated. All equipment is provided. There is a mower and weed whacker in the trailer. Please contact [email protected].

Did You Know?

Did you know that when you volunteer at one of our events, set up or clean up day, in addition to being able to earn a $10 Discount Volunteer Card, you’re also eligible for a $50 raffle, which is drawn twice a year!

Congratulations to Claudia Woods, our most recent volunteer raffle winner!
