Mark your calendar for the 2025 WNRDC Pipestave Hill Horse Trials held at the beautiful Pipestave Hill Equestrian Area in West Newbury. This will be our 36th year of PHHT!

The PHHT is a one day schooling show that includes three-phase (dressage, XC, show jumping), two-phase (dressage, show jumping) and dressage only events.

3-phase and 2-phase divisions are Pre-Elementary through Modified Novice/Novice (Modified Novice – XC uses Beginner Novice XC jump heights) with all dressage tests ridden in a small ring.

Ribbons are awarded for 1-8 place in the 3-phase divisions and 1-6 place in the 2-phase and dressage only divisions. Prizes are also offered.

PHHT participates in the Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) and is a qualifying event for the Area 1 Schooling Championship.

WNRDC is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Entry fees help support the maintenance of the PHHT riding facilities and trails and donations to area non-profits and other organizations important to the equestrian community.

Dressage only: $35/test (maximum of 3 tests)

By submitting this form and payment I enter the Pipestave Hill Horse Trials which is made at my own risk and subject to the conditions of the sponsoring Club. Further, in doing so, I understand that this competition can be dangerous for both horse and rider, including sickness and disease (including communicable diseases.) In addition, I release the West Newbury Riding and Driving Club, its members, all volunteers, the Town of West Newbury, landowners, and organizers from any and all liability actions, causes of action, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise in connection with or resulting from participation in any activities. I also give permission for the WNRDC to use any photograph, video or other likeness of me and my horse taken during the Pipestave Hill Horse Trials for promotion, coverage, or benefit of the club, with the condition that such likeness will not be used to commercially promote any product.
