The Pipestave Hill Equestrian Area in West Newbury includes 475 acres of protected town owned land. The area includes two fenced grass riding rings, open fields, 36 cross country jumps, and miles of  well maintained natural surface trails creating a desirable riding destination.

Accessible to Pipestave Hill is the River Bend Conservation area consisting of 179 acres of wooded trails allowing you to ride next to the Merrimack River.

Pipestave Hill is adjacent to the Mill Pond Recreation Area which includes a pond where your horse can wade in the pond.

Our beautiful venue is convenient to I-95 and I-495 in Northeastern Massachusetts. The Pipestave Hill Equestrian Area is a little over an hour from Portland, ME and Concord, NH and under an hour from Nashua, NH and Boston, MA.

The Pipestave Hill Equestrian Area has ample parking for large and small trailers..  

There is also water on site near the DPW driveway.
