WNRDC to Help Support Protected Land

At this year’s Annual Town Meeting, West Newbury voters chose to invest $175,000 from CPA funds to purchase a conservation restriction on over 50 acres of land on Coffin Street.  Protection of this land will provide wildlife habitat and include passive recreation walking and riding trails.  To assist Essex County Greenbelt in concluding the protection of this land, the WNRDC is contributing $250 toward its purchase.
