On Tuesday, Feb. 23rd at 7:00, Dr. Delaney Paterson, SRH Veterinary Services, will be hosting a virtual presentation on “Biosecurity in Your Barn”. She will discuss guidelines for moving horses between facilities and good practices in the boarding barn environment. Dr. Paterson will also discuss respiratory and fecal disease transmission and how to avoid an outbreak. All are welcome to participate! Mark your calendar – details to follow.

Biographies:
Dr. Delaney Patterson grew up in West Hartford, CT. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut where she also competed on the IHSA Western Team. Dr. Patterson received her veterinary degree from the University of Missouri. She then completed a year long position as an intern veterinarian at New England Equine Medical and Surgical Center in Dover, NH. She started her dream job as a mixed animal veterinarian at SRH in the summer of 2020.
Dr. Evice Bolton grew up in the small seacoast town of North Hampton, NH. She stayed local for her undergraduate degree at the University of New Hampshire, where she was involved in the therapeutic riding program as well as the CREAM agricultural program. Dr. Bolton went on to earn her DVM from Cornell University where she also worked in the Large Animal Surgery department. She now enjoys practicing mixed animal medicine at SRH.
